| The Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce, the Miami Finance Forum, the Council of the Americas and the South Florida iCoast are pleased to present the Fifth Annual CEO Forum on December 1, 2010. The CEO Forum continues to bring together global CEOs and to further establish Miami as a global business hub of the Americas. This event brings together some of the major CEOs and other senior executives from the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America for the purpose of addressing the opportunities in cross-border investment and business relations in the state of Florida and Latin America. |

| Held in conjunction with Art Basel Miami Beach, the CEO Forum brings many of the world’s CEOs and other senior executives to Miami’s South Beach. UBS, the Swiss financial services firm and the leading sponsor of the Art Basel Miami Beach, brings many of its global clients to the Art Basel Miami |

| Beach and, in 2004, wanted to find a way to create a business platform for these global CEOs to meet, network and develop business opportunities. As a result, UBS executives in Switzerland contacted the Florida Chapter of the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce and the CEO Forum was born. |

| The Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce also brings together many Florida-based business organizations to the CEO Forum. Many different business organizations participate in the CEO Forum, because we all support a common goal: business and investment in Florida. Led by the Miami Finance Forum, this year's CEO Forum also brings together the following organizations: the Beacon Council, BioFlorida, the Broward Alliance, the Broward County Office of Economic Development, CFA Miami, Enterprise Development Corporation, Florida Venture Forum, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Palm Beach Business Development Board and the World Trade Center (Palm Beach). Because collaboration works in Florida. |
