Consultation Document to FATCA Model 2
The Swiss Government has released the Consultation Document regarding the ratification of the FATCA Model 2 treaty signed Feb. 14, 2013. Ratification in the Swiss Parliament will need to be fast as implementation is scheduled for Jan. 1, 2014. (only available in German)
