A Conversation: The US-China Technology Race and how Swiss Companies might be affected

The Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce is pleased to host a virtual discussion with Asia Society Switzerland’ Senior Fellow, Mr. John Lee. The 60 minute Teams meeting will discuss the state of Chinese innovation and what it means for the country’s relationship with the U.S. and Europe. Topics which will be touched upon include, but will not be limited to, the semiconductor supply chains, the Electronic Vehicle industry, and the AI race.

John Lee is the 2025 TOY Senior Fellow at Asia Society Switzerland and a Fellow at Asia Society Policy Institute's Center for China Analysis. He is the Director of East West Futures, a consultancy specializing in China's high-tech industries, political economy, military capabilities and international diplomacy. He holds Master's degrees in International Law from the Australian National University and War Studies from King's College London, and is a qualified Australian legal practitioner.
