Why join Swiss AmCham?

At Swiss AmCham, we understand the critical role that multinationals play in the Swiss economy. Although they represent just 4% of companies (2% Swiss and 2% foreign), multinationals generate 26% of all jobs, contribute 36% of the nation's GDP, and pay 47% of Switzerland’s federal corporate tax revenues. These figures underscore the significant impact international businesses have on Switzerland's prosperity and stability.

Our mission is to support these multinational companies and to ensure that Switzerland remains a premier destination for US and global investment. We focus on fostering strong business ties between Switzerland and the United States. We advocate for beneficial framework conditions and are on top of key developments in taxation, trade and international developments.

By joining Swiss AmCham, you become part of a powerful network dedicated to driving economic growth and maintaining Switzerland’s position as a global business leader. Your involvement is key — whether through participating in our events, contributing your insights, or sharing your experiences, you play a vital role in shaping the future of Swiss-US business relations.
